By paying the application fee (donation), I understand that:
● I am 18 years of age or older.
● I am submitting a non-refundable application fee (donation) of $30.
● I live in North or South Carolina and that my application will NOT be considered if I live outside of these states.
● Freedom German Shepherd Rescue will perform a vet check and I authorize the rescue to contact my veterinarian.
● I must pass the vet check, landlord check (if you rent), phone interview AND home visit in order to be approved to adopt from Freedom German Shepherd Rescue.
● I understand that I am not automatically approved to adopt an animal from Freedom German Shepherd Rescue solely because I completed this Adoption Process Acknowledgement and/or Adoption Application.
● By clicking the PayPal donate button on this page, and paying the $30 application fee, I will be directed to the adoption application.
